By accessing or using HospEase Solutions' platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
HospEase Solutions provides AI-powered business process automation and marketing services for hospitality businesses, including but not limited to email campaign management, social media management, process automation workflows, and website design services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the HospEase platform are the exclusive property of HospEase Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through our platform.
HospEase Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
